When working with a web company, sometimes what you see, isn’t what we see, there are different browsers (programs which you view the web), different versions, and unlimited different configurations for screen sizes resolutions and even viruses can affect what you see. If what we see isn’t what your webmaster sees you have two choices; call us and we can take over your machine and fix the problem or take a screen shot of the page and send it to us. A screen shot can be used by simply clicking the FN key and the Prnt Scrn button together, then open your email and Paste (control v) on a pc.
