This is a mock-up of how it looks when you add the ordering feature. The feature has not yet been implemented on our local restaurant sites.

Hey restaurant owners, in case you didn’t know, food ordering and app-based delivery systems such as Grubhub and EatStreet are on the rise.

Facebook took this trend a step further by allowing users to order food directly from the Facebook platform.  This new feature allows users to order directly on a restaurant’s Facebook page or on the order food option in the homepage explore menu.

No longer will foodies have to search multiple places to find what they are looking for. From local restaurants to national chains, food lovers can search for food options near them, read reviews, and place their order all with a few clicks of a button.

Nowadays it is easier than ever for restaurant owners to reach customers and generate additional revenue via social media.
